Band Promotional Shot

Band Promos:

Band Promo captures the excitement, energy and tone of your sound.

Band Promos rate is $300.00. There is a 50% deposit required to book a session, this is non-refundable and is applied towards the $300.00 total. *For Band Promo sessions, 10 photos will be chosen for approval.

Session and Waredrobe

Hair/Makeup & Clothing:

Women:
Makeup is highly recommended  but optional for all women. We ask that everyone come in with their hair ready the way you would like to present yourself. We want your hair in your pictures to be as close as possible to the way you look on a fantastic hair day. Make sure you discuss your make-up needs with us prior to your session, so we are all on the same page.
*We work with freelance makeup artists and you will be paying them directly, they require cash on the day of the shoot.

Men:
We don't recommend makeup on men. All our work is retouched afterwards, so any blemishes will be taken care of during that process.

Facial Hair
If you’d like to shoot with facial hair we’d be happy for you to come in with whatever level of growth you’d like.

Clothing:
Feel free to bring a range of different options. If you have any doubt about whether something will work or not just bring it along. We love textures and layers as well. Studs or small earrings work and simple necklaces, anything hanging or chunky will usually draw too much attention in a headshot. Have some fun with this, if you feel your wardrobe is missing something then go shopping and we’ll keep the tags on it in case you’d like to return the items after the shoot. 

Session, Payment & Scheduling

Session:
The shoot usually last for up to 2 hours. After the shoot along with the client, we will review all photos to edit them down to a group of favorite shots to then choose the finals photos from. 2-5 final shots will be chosen by client, once approved will get basic retouching.

Session Scheduling:
We are available for shooting Monday through Sunday based on schedule availability .

Travel/Location Sessions:
For sessions that require travel to your home or another outside location a fee of$100.00 will be added to the charged.

Non-Refundable Deposit:
A Non-Refundable 50% deposit of the session fee is required upon booking and scheduling a session. However, if we have not received payment prior to your scheduled session, the photo session will be canceled or rebooked upon clients direction. Payment should be made via PayPal to, paypal.me/Kamijin1 The remaining balance is due upon approval of final photographs.
